Our story begins with our family's migration from the captivating landscapes of Sicily and Southern Italy in the late 1800s and early 1900s. Our ancestors, originating from Resuttano, Caltanisetta, Sicily, and the coastal city of Bari, brought with them a profound love for God, family, and the art of preparing mouthwatering Italian recipes. These cherished recipes, including our signature tomato sauce, have been passed down through generations, serving as a culinary bridge to our Italian heritage.

A Taste of Italy

Our tomato sauces, available in two delightful varieties – Spicy Tomato Sauce and Regular Tomato Sauce, are the embodiment of our dedication to preserving tradition. Crafted at LSU with imported Italian tomatoes and chili peppers from Sicily, our sauces are renowned for their chunky, thick texture and the absence of excess water. Every jar is a testament to the flavors and aromas that have graced our family's tables for decades.

Our Commitment

Flavorful Heritage

The horse symbol on our label represents the Ippolito name, while the white horse pays homage to religious roots, reminiscent of Jesus riding a white horse.

A Connection to the Past

The chili peppers in our sauces are sourced from the same village where our owner's grandfather (father's side) was born, and our tomatoes are grown in San Marzano and Bari, the hometown of our owner's grandfather on his mother's side.
